Settings to get my material similar to this?
I would like my fabric to stand up/out like this. I can't change the sewing line type from turned because it's an internal line and I already strengthened my material.
I think the pleats I added in the ruffle make it fall, but I would like to keep them.
What can I do to make it look like this? My garment is at the end and I have also shown a CLO3D version of what I would like it to be like.

Hi camryn.fitzhugh,
You can still edit the fold angle by cutting the pattern piece and sewing the ruffles onto the resulting dividing seam.
The Particle Distance in your project is still high and might also impact the result. (Try lowering it down to 5, skirt included, even if shirring is already applied.)
The ruffles will need a relatively stiff physical property, which one are you using right now?
