Download issue

Hello!

I am a student interested in discovering this tool for some of my ideas, so I downloaded the trial version to my Macbook Air 15 (M2 chip, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, 2023) and the download isn't opening, does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks!

  Hello munro,

  Thanks for your interest in CLO, let's see if we can sort this out.

  This looks like the download is incomplete. Based on your hardware, you may not have enough room to download and install. The naming is common when the download is in progress. When finished it will say something like "CLO_Network_OnlineAuth_7_2_138_Installer.dmg"

  Also, the MacBook air is not the optimal hardware for CLO. Yes, it meets the minimum standards, but you will probably not get the performance you are looking for. There should be more RAM and the CPU/GPU should be more powerful.
