Grouped tools will not show
I have grouped the tools in the user settings but they won't show when I try to open the drop down view.
Deactivating the grouping also will not show the tools.
A reset has not worked.
What can be done?

- if using Windows, a dxdiag.txt of your work station; if on Mac, a screenshot of the About This Mac window
- a screen recording of the issues occurring (going through the steps in the User Settings, trying to toggle the menu)
