Recovery joint motion recording after rendering still images

Hope all is well. I used a specific frame from an fbx animation from mixamo that was transferred to a joint motion to generate a still render. Unfortunately, the recording of the garments and avatar moving together was deleted during this process. Unfortunately, the original T-pose with garment are lost. I would like to return the garment and avatar to standard T-pose to add additional animation / joint motion poses. Do you have any suggestions how to accomplish this, beyond re-fitting the garments to the avatar from scratch? Appreciate the help! Please note: I tried to upload reference images @ 135k_jpg , but kept receiving an error message that only 2mb and jpg, png, formats are accepted. The image is way lower than this and is jpg.

You should be able to delete the motion and the apply a T-pose to your avatar.
But when recording an animation it is best to "Save As" and then have a secondary file the is the motion file, while still have the original file in an A or T pose to go back to.
