Clo 7.1 one - Project Files Not loading

I´m trying to open Clo certain project files created between august and december 2022.

But when trying to open the software crashes.

Anyone else having issues like this?

  When CLO crashes are you receiving any specific crash pop up?

  There is no message explaining the reason for crash, this is the pop-up window i get;

  Can you please give us step by step what you are doing prior to the crash. Also, please make sure that you have the most up date version of CLO 7.1.266.
