    Hardware & Trims - totally empty!

    I just purchased a license in February 2021, and I noticed now that my Hardware and trims folders are entirely empty, except for the button and topstitch folder. No buckles, cords & cord ends etc, ...

    3. Does CLO provide trims and hardware?

    My CLO library of Trims and hardware is completely empty too, and there are no buckles, cords rings etc in the CLO-SET store anymore. How can I get these?
