Why can't I link the practice files into my library?

I downloaded the practice files and then clicked the PLUS button under library to link them but when the window pops up, there isnt any downloaded files to click on. There are no files at all. Am I missing a step here?

  Hi. They are likely still Zipped files. You cannot unzip them in CLO. You will need to first go do your downloads folder (r where ever you have saved the files) and UnZip them. Once Unzipped you should be able to link them
