CLO won't load 3d or 2d pattern window—all greyed out.

Running the latest Standalone OnlineAuth 2024.0.132 on a 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Pro with upgraded CPU/GPU, MacOS Ventura.

Not the first time I've had this issue—but it seems to be more prominent now. Upgrading to new version is no help. 3D and 2D pattern windows won't appear and are just greyed out. I tried re-downloading but also didn't help. In the past I would just come back later and try again and it would suddenly start working again... But that's not exactly sustainable.

Any solution?

  Restarting my mac fixed it—but what's the cause?

  Hi. You may need to update your Mac OS. Ventura was released in 2022. Sonoma is the newest OS
