My Saved Project File is not showing when opening / Projects dissapeared

All my saved projects are gone or they all dissapeared. When I open the saved file, all it show is a blank default page of Clo 3D. All my works are gone. What to do?

  Are you on a mac or PC? When you save your files where on your computer do you save them? Are the files still locatable on your hardrive? Is there a specific pop up appearing?

  Hi. I am using a Macbook Air M2. I saved them on a specific folder on my Desktop. However, the other projects that are saved on the Clo Folder also disappeared. Yes, all the files are locatable, however, when i open the files, all of them are a blank file. No pop up is showing. On the black 3D window, it shows "Default_modelist.zprj" and not the file name. 

   

  I did a new project last night and it save perfectly, and when I try to open it today, it also disappeared. May i know if i can have my files recovered or is there a way i can fix this?

  I have seen this issue before. iCloud backs up everything in the Documents and Desktop folders. If you do not have room in iCloud, when you save your work into those two folders it will save the project but they will not contain anything. Please check how much room you have in your iCloud account to see if this is what is happening.

  Hi Jim! I have enough space but it still does not work. :( I noticed that this happened after I updated the Clo 3D to 73108. Everything is okay before tho

  CLO does not move or delete files. IF you have files saved with the CLO assets this may cause some issues. Can you take a screenshot of the files in the Finder in List view so I can see the size of the files?

  i saved the files on a specific folder on my desktop and all of them disappeared when i open them. i tried creating a new sample file and the same thing happens.

  Hello. Thank you for sending this. Can you select one of the files here and then change the view of the window to columns so we can see the patch of th e file? Also from the View Menu > Show Path Bar as well. Send another screenshot of the whole window including the bottom path bar.

  raissadimacali I was able to find a ticket that you submitted via the website that contained a link to the files. I was able to download them and open them all up just fine. My suggestion would be to completely uninstall CLO and reinstall. See this link on how to completely uninstall CLO on a Mac.
