unable to access - version 7.2.134
Hi,
I'm writing because I'm not able to access on the app. Whenever I try to open Clo3D, the program doesn't let me enter in and automatically just open the webpage (see attachment below)

It would have been REALLY NICE if the error message pointed to the link you just gave us instead of the generic list of all versions. Yes. I figured it out myself but that's not really the point. If you're going to bother to put a link in an error message how about making it a USEFUL one?

Thanks. I understand that mistakes will happen in software development.and sometimes you have to pull a version. That's fine. But an error message with a link to the product version list isn't really very helpful (especially when you already have a page with the necessary info for the user to FIX the problem!).

why didn't it just give the update button like all the other version releases?

most people did actually receive the normal update option. But a bug in the previous 7.2.134 caused some users to not receive it.

That makes sense. Since I had to uninstall I lost all my pre-7.0 avatars. Is there any way to get them back? I have an un-updated CLO on another machine. I suppose I could try to copy them from that. Hoping for something a bit easier though

CLO is removing the older avatars. We are encouraging users to use the newest V2 avatars as they have been improved. If you do need these older versions we recommend opening an old file with these avatars and saving them onto your computer
