Fur length is not reducing after 4.00mm

Hi there,

I’m making a towel for submission but I’m having a problem in fur/ terry length (pile size) in CLO 3D. Don’t know it’s a bugor maybe I’m doing something wrong.

 

I’m using CLO 3D v7.0.

 

I’m making a towel in CLO 3D from physical sample (reference), it has sheared terry, length size is 1.8mm.

But in CLO 3D, it’s not reducing the length after 4mm, its high, it remains the same if I change the value from 4mm to 3.5mm, required pile length is 1.8mm as physical sample.

Please guide me how to fix this.

I’m sharing physical sample pictures, screenshots & render images of this towel.

  Hi samadislam,

  Please update to the latest version 7.2, the restriction has been lifted.

  Issue has been solved after upgraded to 7.2

  Now I can reduce the length of fur/ terry.

  Hi @...

  It looks you you do not have a CLO subscription. We would recommend purchasing a CLO subscription and then upgrading to the most recent 7.2. This would be the only way to remove the restriction to shorten the terry length
