System Error while Opening app

After running CLO v7 as an administrator, I tried opening the app but am receiving 3 system errors:

• "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found."
• "The code execution cannot proceed because VCOMP140.DLL was not found."
• "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140_1.dLL was not found."

I tried reinstalling it, but the problem persists. What should I do? I'm using windows 10
