Skeleton is off when I import a FBX file

Hi I have generated a rigged avatar in 3ds Max and exported it as an fbx file. When I import it into CLO3D the skeleton is offset in the body. Anyone else seen this?

  Hi. When you register the avatar have you Register for Rigging only. We have the steps for how to HERE
