How to make the straps less stretch
Hi everyone. I want to ask how to make the straps less stretchy.
The original one is like this

But after I do the animation, it becomes like this

Thanks :)

You could use a 'tack' with thread length to secure the lower assembly to the top skirt so it doesn't stretch. Alternatively you can place in (invisible) patterns that you hide between straps, or alternatively change the strap fabric to a non stretch fabric or physical preset.

thanks ottoline :) regarding the 'tack', you mean stitch a top stitch across the skirt from the bottom to the top?
The second method you suggest about invisible patterns, will them stretch with the straps as well?
The last method you suggest: is there any nonstretch fabric or physical preset you suggest? becuz I tried using leather and they still stretch.
Thank you so much :)

Create a hidden tack for each strap, set the thread length to the strap length.
You can distribute load on the assembly by adding in hidden panels, hence the straps will not stretch as far as the loading is now distributed over more elements.
You can use a non-stretch material or create your own (using the emulator workspace, just don't set in any stretch when you input values for that factor).

thanks ottoline for the reply and link. I just went through the link and want to ask regarding the tack. You suggest me to use a 'tack' with thread length to secure the lower assembly to the top skirt so it doesn't stretch but I'm not sure where to add the tack. Sorry I hope I didn't ask too much coz I'm quite confused. Is it the parts I circled in the image below I need to add tack?

Thank you so so much!!!
