Avatars 2.1 EU Sizes disappeared..
Hi there! I've updated Clo to its latest version and when I tried to choose an EU size a message just popped up saying I didn't have any permission and then all the size files disappeared in front of me...I pay for a student subscription, so there shouldn't be any issue about that... When I try to choose an EU size from the menu I've found that the EU Avatar sizes (both, standard and Atelier) are gone... I've updated everything and nothing seems to be available again(even if I go straight into its folder)... I've also tried the reset button but everything keeps empty... Is there any download link available for users to get them again? I'm currently in a hurry because I'm inside a master education program and I need them in order to get things done before the time is over... hope you can help! thank you!

The sizes should definitely not disappear. Is there any chance that you are able to take a screenshot of the error and share?
There is a chance that something may have been corrupted when you were updating the software. You can try to uninstall and then reinstall CLO.

Hi again! unfortunately I didn't get the message anymore, but the folders still empty... I don't know what to do, I've tried to reinstall the software but it didn't work, so I'll contact the tech support team and see if they can find what's wrong with this.. thanks!

Hello! Same here, I use the European standard avatars and all these sizes disappeared when updating.0 -
Unfortunately they're no longer including the European standard avatar sizes cause of their partners requests....(I guess Alvanon and this type of companies). I think this decision would make a lot of people migrate to another clothing simulation software cause not everybody as an entrepreneur can afford the subscription plans all these companies like Alvanon have...

Hi c422ad5c4ddef49c192e clarapimentel Due to internal reasons/partners demand we excluded the EU size set at the moment. We hope to have offer something similar in the future

Unfortunately we had to remove these presets immediately at the request of our partner, but we're currently working on replacement size sets, but we do not have an exact release date. In the meantime, you can refer to this guide to create your own avatar files in CLO. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, and feel free to ask if you have any questions!

I find it unfortunate that the US sizes you offer don't align well with EU-oriented clothing. It seems CLO3D should prioritize the needs of customers first, rather than focusing on partner interests. It's disappointing that EU sizes were removed without providing an immediate alternative.
