Graphic card issue in MacBook Pro 13"

Comentarios

  • Lea

    Hi, Jia!

Firstly, If your MacBook pro 13" has a Nvidia or AMD graphic card, please follow the manual below to set the high-performance.

      -  Apple menu > System Preferences> uncheck “Automatic graphics switching” option

But if your MacBook pro 13" doesn't have any graphic card like above, please contact the manufacturer, Apple :(

Additionally, please note that CLO does not support eGPU. (Computer Specifications)

     - Set graphics performance on MacBook Pro

     - Determine which graphics processor is in use on your MacBook Pro

Let me know if you have any further questions about it!

    Thanks,

    Lea

    Hi Lea,

I will contact apple support then...my MacBook has build-in graphic card, which is Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 MB graphics.

Thank you very much!  I cannot stop to use CLO3D, it is absolutely the best 3D virtual garment software at the moment!

    Have a good day!

    Jia

    Hi,

I have a Dell G3 laptop with an Nvidia graphics card. How can I set my laptop to use this graphics card instead of the Intel graphics card by default with Clo?
