"Contact Us" form not working
I've tried to send multiple messages to both tech support and general support, but each time have received an "Oops, something went wrong!" message.
Is there another way to contact tech support?
Alternatively, does anyone know how I can resolve getting Error 400 ("Failed to login due to a server issue") when trying to open the Clo3d software?

Could you try another browser? I've encountered this before with a cookie issue.

It might even explain the ticket submission issue in case communication from your computer to servers is halted/delayed.
