how to extend the graphic from one pattern to the other

Hello! how to extend the graphic from one pattern to the other, for instance, the graphic is on the side seam, half the graphic is on the front pattern and the other half is on the back pattern, how I accomplished that effect other then place the same graphic twice and try my best to line them.

Im using the newer version
