Hi, I am also having this issue when exporting .dxf patterns. Have you been able to determine whether this is a bug or settings issue? Thanks

Just one more thing. Is there a way to ensure the pattern has the same dimensions at each edge so that the seam length is the same?

This issues has resolved itself for me, not sure if it was fixed in one of the minor updates but I can now see pen lines every time I open a project.
