Wacom: Long press /dropdown combo not working
Hi everyone, currently new and setting up clo3d to start learning but running into an issue with my wacom. Ive read mouse is recommended but for ergonomic reasons i prefer to use my pen and tablet.
Ive set up all setting according to the instructions as well as the windows preferred instructions as in the faq (including the press and hold right click turned off). Everything is working fine in terms of navigation except one thing, when long pressing on the tool icons to get the dropdown of tools underneath nothing happens. It works sometimes on random moments but most of the times when i press and hold it only selects the main tool of that tool segment and the dropdown does not appear.
The only way i can select the tools is via the main windows on the top or key shortcuts but i would prefer to navigate via the icon tools and the dropbar. Is there any way to fix this to make it work when long pressing? Or if there is not, is there a way to instead of the tools being under 1 icon i can change the views to have all icons on screen without needing to press and hold for the dropbar?

Hi margazz. You are correct that we do recommend a mouse. Some users use more ergonomic mice since they are good for the wrist and wacom can be slightly more difficult. Like this one HERE
I would recommend double checking the wacom settings both in CLO and on your computer. If that still does not work reach out to out team for tech support on our Contact Us page.

After some more thorough seach and try im delighted to say i think i found the culprit. Its windows ink.So for anyone having the same issues; in wacom settings under MAPPING, turn off/uncheck WINDOWS INK on the left bottom. Dropdown menu works now.
