Fabric properties - when front is different from back

Dear all,

I have been facing an issue while applying a different texture on the front and back side of the fabric. I've just made a simple test that was to apply a material to a pattern and then to simply uncheck the function "use same material as front". I haven't changed anything else and I've obtained 2 different results, the ones presented below. Do you have any idea what I have to do to keep the side view as the 1st one while having different textures on front and back?

  susanameiras I would make the changes to the back of the fabric and see the result. Right now there would not be a need to check anything because you would simple leave it as the same material as front. Once you do that, if you have an issue, post the before and after images.

  the result is the same whether I use the same or a different texture on the back. Of course I want to use a different texture and I did until I realise there was something wrong on the side view.I've tested this for me too see if I was changing something by applied a different texture. And actually, even mantaining exactly everything the same, that function causes a difference already. I don't know why...

  here it's possible to see what I have obtained when I first applied a different texture. By doing the above, I just reduced my variables.
