sennyy Well it looks like you have a good start. I would say you are only about halfway through the garment. Things to consider;
- What are the tags made of?
- How are they sewn in?
- Are they printed or embroidered?
- What are the fabrics of the shirt? (main fabric, tape, collar)
- What is the resolution/Particle Distance of the garment and labels?
- Create a render to see how it all looks.
CLO can help you with all of this, but you will need to make some design decisions first. I would get it all as far as you can and if you feel it is coming up short, post images then.

You have to also consider that the reference image you are showing is not of a t-shirt being worn, so there is no pressure against the label from the person wearing it. In your example you have the avatar pushing your label towards the t-shirt.

Logotype to text silk label simulation, then import as a set of texture maps.
