Rendering Puffy Jacket
Hi,
I am trying to test the puffyness function in a jacket. I followed all the instrctions but everytime I go to render in 3D 50% of the pattern is reveresed between oover and under layer.
I have tried multiple things to fix this but it keeps happening.
What am I doing wrong?

Make sure from the thin mesh surface view in the 3D window that the patterns (if mirrored) do not have their normals flipped, as this will force the lower patterns to simulate in the reverse order. When you view a pattern piece and sew it in an assembly the dark face of the surface polygon mesh must be pointing inwards for all assembled patterns of this type. In addition if you have enabled pattern layer order and have those incorrectly sewn together then you could cause a simulation error. So you need to check these elements off one by one to make sure you have not accidentally assembled sewing of patterns in the wrong order, or around the wrong way. Then it should simulate correctly. Often this is simply an assembly or sewing error.
