Graphic order

I using different placement graphics on the same garment.

On the 2D window, I have the option to send them backward or forward by right click on the graphic but for some reason, it doesn't effect

the 3D window or the rendering. 

Does anyone know how to solve it?

  In 3D you need to set graphic Z-offset
