BINDING tool not working
hi there - I am new on this site and have a question. I am trying to add binding to a dress at neck and placket. I click on the binding tool, it shows the lines I can add binding. the binding tool creates a blue lines and I go around the neck and placket and come back to where I started and double click, then the binding disappears. I restarted my computer twice to see maybe it needs a update etc, but still can not create binding. its so frustrating and delays my project.
Can some one please help!

Have you tried to change the binding property type?
The preset is "under." Try changing the type from "under" to "over" to have the binding shown outside of the garment.

Hi semeraf2017 the binding tool , for now, only works on margins. If you go where there's a seam line it will not be created.
An image of your work could have helped to see if this is your case.

I remember that I had also a problem with a binding tool once. I had some extra points on the outline of the pattern. When I changed them into curve points the binding tools started to work well. I hope it will help you to find a solution :)
