    Thank you for reporting, CLO team is under deep investigation around this problem.

    If possible, please let us know your mac model name (i.e., Macbook Pro 16-inch 2019) and macOS version (i.e., Catalina 10.15.4) as well.

    By the way, still facing that problem? Until CLO devs will find out the root cause and workaround, please try to uninstall CLO completely and then reinstall it.

    I am coming across the same issue. 

    I deleted it and re-installed it and now nothing is happening.  I cannot even sign in, and I have to force quit it.

    Today I opened CLO and it requested another update. After that, the icons appeared again :)

    Gabi Burkoth Technically speaking, files that display various icons in the CLO window and their link information are corrupted. The causes vary, but it is difficult to pinpoint the cause of the problem you are having.

    It may help to quit CLO completely, uninstall it, and then install it again with a new version, that is, rewriting the various files that make up CLO on your computer. Like almost any other software behave.

    Hi, I have the same issue.
    I have been re-install but nothing happen. I use lenovo amd ryzen 5 4000 series /windows 11 pro.
