hi, I cannot open the software because of this problem

  Hi, usually this is due to a problem with the internet connection or something wrong on the license numer, password. 

  When you press ok a window with these information pop-up.

  Check if they are all correct.

  I have the same problem in my company for policy rules. Is this your case too?
