Issue with downloading new feature

Hi Team,

I have downloaded the trial version of CLO 3d on two days before. wile i'm working i'm trying to download the new features loke poses,shoues,ect....it's not getting download. can you please let me know how to fix the problem?

  You need to download them according to what you want > see the itsy-bitsy download icon (circled) to start the process when you select the library items.
