    Hi.

Thank you very much for your detailed answer. You gave me great understanding what to consider to get it all right.
Im still struggling on a basic understanding, probably missed some central part.

I did follow your first link https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001557927-Plot-Patterns-Above-ver4-2-0-
where it says i can plot from Main Menu->file->plotter.

I cant find that neither any print command. I do find the print layout though, and i succeed to save an plt file. Writing this I'm at home not near to my plotter so i will try tomorrow to send the plt file direct to the plotter in some way.

Is there any way of sending the plot/cut command inside CLO3d, and where do I do that?
Have you tried specifically the Graphtec 6000 120 AP plotter? Since I have gained the understanding it should be special in the configuration because having the feauture of booth cutting and plotting at the same time. That gives that their other standard plotting software is not working, so my main struggle at this time is to get the first basic plot out at all from some software at all :-p.

according to the manual it should support HPGL and GPGL, but i basically have not understood from where i actually should trigger my plot/print

Sorry for bothering you on a low level like this

OK, Thank you. I have the software (CLO and drivers)  installed on both a portable PC and MacBook Pro. Now at hand was just my mac but i will during the day at work try to run it from the pc to se if i find some difference. Thank you for your time. Where are you situated? It seems like you have som genuine experiance of setting up  this kind of equipment. Are you ever in Sweden and do you know anyone skilled at this in sweden which we possibble could hire to help us get going?

    Hi there,

    Did this get resolved?

I'm having issues plotting with the same machine. I've tried to configure the serial port but doesn't seem to communicate with CLO.

Perhaps I need a certain driver.

I've been using the Graphtec with Accumark. Does that affect the connection between CLO and the plotter?

Any info helps as I can't see the first detailed answer to this question
