Problem with layer clone(under)/(over)

I use layer clone on my model but some part of the garment seem like it merge in a weird way.
As u see in an image the polygon from outer fabric(orange one) passed through inner one (white one)
Do anyone know how to fix this? please help

  Set a lower particle distance. If it doesn’t help, use the "set sublayer" tool.

  @beer, if that is the case, try what vadsura has suggested. Or try to adjust Add'l Thickness - Collision according to your pattern thickness
