Problem with runway rendering

I was sent this file to modify the colorway and I see the shoes have an issue when simulating is applied. Can you tell me how this can happen or be fixed??

Hope all is well. I was working with a different version from our HK office. The shoes were fixed once we were both on version 4.2.242 :)

@danielemanassero This was made with COL3D player ( I was tile it was generated in 3DS Max but it looks like the Clo3D player scene. I have since learned you can model a scene in most 3d Modeling programs and save it as an .OBJ file and add it as an avatar to your scene.

Riddle me this :) - why is the Animation render so flat and the V-Ray image/Video so amazing?
Any improvements to animation Video Capture quality coming in 5.0 ?

Sorry for my belated reply and hope you had a wonderful holiday :)
Firstly, Animation Video Capture is not the same as V-Ray image / video which is rendered, since the result of it is not rendered.
Our Dev team is considering about Animation Render in the future version after 5.0 but there is no specific plan at the moment :) I've shared your opinion to our UX team so they will schedule Animation Render according to its priority!
