Can I import only upper body as the model?

Hello there. Can I import only the scanned upper body as the model? When I try to import the upper body into the clo3d, it says it cannot be transfered  into the virtual model. Thank you!

  If you have an avatar (OBJ/FBX) of just the portion of the body you should be able to import just that into CLO as an avatar
