Failed to load the ZPAC file due to damaged file components

I saved the file in garment file. Later when I tried to open it, it says 'Failed to load the ZPAC file due to damaged file components'. I also tried to use 7-zip, but it still doesn't work. Any other solutions?

  It it likely that the file has become corrupted. Do you have a previous saved state of the file?
