Unresponsive 2d and 3d windows
Hello,
I'm encountering an issue with point movement on patterns while using the latest version of Clo3d. My system configuration includes an Intel Core i9-10850 processor clocked at 3.6 to 5 GHz, 128GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB SSD. I don't have an external GPU installed.
The problem occurs when I attempt to move more than 10 to 15 points on the pattern within the 2D window. At this point, both the 3D and 2D windows become unresponsive. While I can still access tools from the upper toolbar and certain properties from the side menus, neither the 2D nor the 3D windows function properly. To resume work, I am forced to close and reopen Clo3d, resulting in significant time loss.
I have attached a link to a simple video illustrating the abnormal behavior with a basic pattern of 4 points. While the video demonstrates the issue occurring after approximately 31 point movements, the problem worsens with more complex patterns containing around 50 points, with both windows freezing after 10 to 15 point movements.
Could you please provide insights into the possible cause of this abnormal behavior and suggest a solution?
Thank you.
