Avatars in trial version

    Hi nora88490

It is likely that you did not download all of the assert when downloading CLO. If you see Blue Dots in the library in the upper left corner that means there are missing or updated assets available. Click The download button to download all missing assets

    Hi !

Actually, that's the first thing I tried. No blue dot on my library...
Neither can I create any avatar with my own mesurements.
When I open the trial version, a pop up tells me to upgrade, but event when I download it, it never goes anywhere, so now I skip it.

It allows me to try many things, but it's complicated when I want to go seriously... ;)

    Any idea ?

Can you please add screenshots of your CLO windows? What do you see in the library when you go to the different avatar folders?

I cannot submit the other ones...

No blue dots on my library, and an error message "No avatar available" when I clic ont "EU sizes" (any size).

Hi. We need to see your User Interface. Please post a photo similar to below with one of the avatar folders open like on the left

Good evening I am having the same issue that nora88490 is having. I just downloaded the Trial version of Clo and tried to put an Avitar from the default assets in the 3d scene following your You tube videos and I keep getting this.

    It's rather frustrating

I can't submit the image here. As you see below, when I charge screen print, the "submit" button stay grey.

But believe me : no blue dots.
The files are empty : no avatar avalaible.

    Hi nora88490 and sariphine13,

On below screenshot, 1. is the blue sign noting to update (for future reference). However, based on sariphine's screenshot, I think there's another issue: noted as 2., before you load a size, you have load an avatar first. Double-click on an avatar-type folder and then load an avatar. Afterwards, you can load an AVS file from the size folder. nora's screenshot also shows she is in a size folder, not the avatar folder above. Please check if you can see avatars (AVT files) in the folders named Female_V2, Male_V2, Kid_V1.

    Ok ! I finally get it !!
    Thanks a lot.

I didn't click first on the "avatar_female V2" because I think it was just a folder title...

So now I opened an avatar and choose the size with no problem.

Sorry for being so silly, and thank you for the help !

Thank you, Like Nora I had not realized the first "avatar_female" file had more than subfolders. At first glance, it appears only to contain subfolders.

Thank you for your time and Quick response

      Sariphine13.
