Help needed: Bug when trying to import print on fabric?

Hey! Really need your help about this. I tried to put my print on fabric material, but it did not load in(I've provided some screenshots). The icon of print does not display too.

I've tried next:

• restarting software;

• switching fabric to Thick Textured Surface;

• trying with different images.

Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated!
