    Before we can offer further assistance can you please share with us what CLO account you are using? This one does not seem to have an active subscription with us

    Please also note that the error you have posted above often mean the file is corrupted. Which can happen when saving to a share drive and not directly to a computer

    We just need to know the User ID for direct help. Please login and reach out Directly through the CLO Contact Us Page for direct support HERE.

    If you are able to login there with the active CLO account for sending the message that would be ideal. If not please include the Active CLO ID for our tech teams reference and attach the corrupted file. If it is too large please include a WeTransfer link for the file.

    I work in a Fashion School so I use an Network Auth app... I don't know how I can get the ID. I use the email address I'm using to login.

    Hi s.johnson when you log into CLO it will say the ID in the upper right corner. Please include that name as well as the name of the school you work with when you send in the ticket through the Contact Us page.
