    Hi houseoffleek

This most likely means that your files are corrupted. Did you make any changes to your computer or where your files are saved?

    Hello,

No, I haven't changed where my files are saved nor have I made any changes to my computer. I did notice this issue happened after I updated to the newest version of the program. Any suggestions on how to fix the files?

    Hi houseoffleek,

Please reach out to us with a link to both this thread and one of the affected files (e.g. WeTransfer link) here: https://clo3d.com/en/support/contactus

We can then test if the file opens for us, which will rule out whether this pertains to your system or the files themselves.

    Hi davidoneilljosh

The earlier user solved the issue by uninstalling CLO completely and then reinstalling CLO. It is possibly that during the recent update something happened during installation.

If Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the issue please reach out directly through the Contact Us page and include one of the project files
