Restore the Default Shortcut Keys

Hello, I used the Default Shortcut Keys in the past but can't use them anymore. Can you assist? Thank you VERY much!

  Hi you can check your Short Cuts in Settings > User Settings > Short Cuts (third option down on the Right)

  You can then Click Reset in the left corner

  When you reset shortcuts they are not there? If you click each of the "+" icons you should see them
