Mixamo FBX avatar can't show up when importing in Clo

Hello Clo3D crew,

I got the problem when I imported the Mixamo FBX file, the notice pops out saying that because of the file name includes other language so it can't be opened, but the name is in English. How can I fix this problem.

Appreciate for the help, thank you!

  Hello @howsootd

  It seems to be a problem caused by file title and file internal properties. Could you send us a file in question via Contact Us so we can investigate further? If the file size exceeds 50MB, please send it via cloud sharing such as Google Drive or WeTransfer.
