Hey there,

I just installed the CLO free trial and want to create an avatar with my own measurements. I found a very good tutorial on youtube but I don't have the options shown there. I literally can't do anything. All options are locked.

Why is that? And how to repair this?

  Hello ninam Welcome to CLO! The Avatar Editor can only be used with Avatars included in CLO. If you have imported a 3rd party avatar OBJ, you can use the Convert to Avatar function. Here is information on how to Convert to Avatar.

  Thanks for the fast reply!

  I didn't import a 3rd party avatar. Its the one avatar I can see in the downloaded free trial.

  The youtube video shows that there should be five male and five female avatars. But I only have one. And I can't use any option like size etc. I'm not even able to see what measurements the including avatar has...

  There is no option "convert to avatar".

  I can choose "auto convert to avatar" and then again, all the options shown within the appearing window are locked...
