    Hi alicez1. We are happy to help. It could be a few different factors.

    -Please first check your computer Specs to see if they meet the CLO system requirements.  The requirements can be found HERE

    -If your computer specs are good the issue may be with remoting into a computer. You could then try to render through CLO-set. You can create an account HERE then upload your files to CLO-set and render online.

    In the Render tab > Switch the render to GPU and the CPU to supporting and then toggle on the low priority GPU in the render settings.

    Also change the render image size from the default resolution from 300 (ppl) printed paper resolution to 72 (ppl) screen resolution and try that to run a test render.
