enkidigitalfashion Can you try creating the video at the standard Frame Rate Duration?

    Hi enkidigitalfashion

Can you please share what your Render Image/Video properties are set to currently? I have shared settings that should work below. The key is making sure that you have Image/Video set to Turntable Images and not Image. Also have a proper Image count (how many total frames) and check Save Video On.

Note: this issue only happens when I use GPU cuda. I have a £900 graphics card and I have just updated the drivers. This is an issue with the Clo software.

I have 2 years of experience using Clo. I know what I'm doing and all the render settings are fine, but I will show you them anyway. I am sure this is a bug within the Clo software. I experienced the same thing last year and no one could seem to help me.

It's also an extremely simple garment and scene.

I dont think I should have to pay for the software when it doesnt even render using my expensive graphics card.

I have changed the Frame rate total duration to 6 and frame duration to 0.02

    Still not working.

It stays here forever and does not move.

enkidigitalfashion I understand. Can you please try changing the Frame Rate Duration back to 1 second? [ 1.0 is one second. .01 is one one-thousandth of a second.]

What is your current max render time set to?

If we cannot solve and you say this issue is from the most recent update you can go to our website and download an older version of CLO for this current project. When you log into clo3d.com and go to downloads > Click on See All Products > Choose a previous version. Also HERE

I changed the frame rate back to one second. Still doesnt work.

I have already tried installing an older version of Clo. Still doesnt work. NOTHING WORKS. This is a bug within the Clo software thay the Clo team needs to fix. Nothing you tell me to do will fix this. I already had this same issue last year and no one could help then it miraculously started working after weeks and possibly was fixed in a new update.

    Hi!

I had a similar problem a while ago. I was rendering turntables and it wouldn't move on to the next picture. I took about 3 minutes per picture but it always got stuck at some point and wouldn't move forward. I tried to do a render with 64 pictures and left it overnight, and in the morning it was still stuck on picture 3. I tried lowering the resolution to 200 and had Low Quality on Light and Material but it never worked, it always got stuck on picture 2 or 3 and wouldn't move forward. I didn't dare to try a turntable with 360 pics, but I tried 16 and it got stuck even there. I think I managed to do one with 4 though, and it took about 14 minutes.

    All best,

    DJ

Hi, I just tried to do a simple render with 4 pictures only. It has now been stuck on picture 2 and 12% for 12-13 minutes. The first picture came in about 3 minutes and now it's stuck on picture 2 with 12%. Any advice?
