What is the Alumni Discount?

Eligible graduates can receive 50% off on both monthly and annual subscriptions.

• Duration: Valid for one full year.
• Automatic Renewal: After 12 months, your subscription will renew at the regular price unless canceled.

⚠️ Important: This discount is not compatible with active Student Subscriptions. You must wait for your student license to expire before applying.

Eligibility & Required Documentation

To qualify for this program, you must have been enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited university or school. Your graduation date must be within the last six months.

You are required to provide one of the following official documents to verify your status:

• University Degree or Official Certificate: This document must include your full name, the name of the institution, the date of completion, and the official signature/seal of the university.
• Official Graduation Letter: A formal letter from your university confirming the successful completion of your program.

Note: You must have a registered individual CLO account before applying. The coupon can be applied to new subscriptions or the next billing cycle of an existing one.

Follow these steps to request your discount:

1. Prepare your files: Ensure your proof of graduation is in a digital format (PDF or high-quality image).
2. Submit a request: Visit our Contact Us page and submit your request through the General Support section.
3. Include Required Details: In your message, you must:
   1. Attach your official graduation documentation.
   2. Provide the email address associated with your CLO account.
   3. Specify if you prefer the Monthly or Annual plan
4. Wait for verification: Our team will review your documentation. Once approved, you will receive a response directly within your support ticket containing the specific steps to follow to get your discount.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I apply if I graduated more than six months ago?

Unfortunately, no. This specific program is designed for very recent graduates. Your graduation or completion date must be within the six-month window prior to your application.

What happens if I cancel my subscription mid-year?

• Monthly Plan: The discount is tied to an active, continuous subscription. If you cancel it, you will immediately lose the 50% benefit and you will not be able to reactivate it for the remainder of that year.
• Annual Plan: If you cancel the auto-renewal of your annual license, you will still enjoy the access you paid for until the end of the 12-month period, but the license will not renew for the following year.

Does the discount apply to both Monthly and Annual plans? 

Yes. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs. The 50% reduction applies to the total price of the Annual plan or to each of the 12 monthly payments of the Monthly plan.

Can I use this discount if I already have an active subscription? 

Yes, if you are already an Individual subscriber, the discount will be applied to your next billing cycle once verified. However, please note that this discount cannot be applied to active Student Subscriptions. If you are a student, you must wait for your current license to expire before applying for the Alumni Discount.

What happens after the one-year discount period ends? 

Once the 12-month discount period is over, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless you choose to cancel it before the renewal date.
