CLO offers self-service refunds under specific conditions.
If you're an individual user, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your first billing after the free trial ends. During this 24-hour window, your refund request will be automatically approved.

Refund Eligibility
- Applies only to individual users
- Valid for the first paid billing after the free trial
- Refund must be requested within 24 hours of that billing
How to request a refund:
You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
Option 1: From your account
- Go to your [Subscription] page
- Click "Request Refund" within 24 hours of your first charge
- Your subscription will be cancelled and your refund will be processed instantly
Option 2: From the billing confirmation email
- If your subscription has just renewed after the free trial, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- This email includes a "Request Refund" button that is valid for 24 hours only.
- Clicking the button will cancel your subscription and trigger an instant refund.
Didn't request a refund but got a confirmation?
