As part of our ongoing account review process, student members who have received student discount benefits for a period of four years are required to undergo additional verification to extend their discount benefits. Please review the information below regarding the next steps for your account.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY GRADUATED:
Cancel your student plan if they are still active (you can use all of the remaining days before the license expires). Before canceling, be sure to save all files to a local drive to prevent data loss.
To continue with a CLO subscription:
- Sign up to clo3d.com using your personal email, and re-subscribe to a plan of your choice.
Or
- If your student account is integrated with CLO-SET with NO ACTIVE subscription, you can simply request Change Email from CLO-SET to a new email address and proceed to subscribe to a plan of your choice.
IF YOU ARE STILL IN SCHOOL:
Please subject the following documents to Contact Us for verification:
1. A copy of your official enrollment letter, including an official academic stamp, or a current class schedule that shows your name.
2. A copy of your current student ID card.
Upon approval, we will extend your student account for an additional 2 years.
Please note that after this period you will no longer be eligible for a student discount, as we have a six-year cap on student accounts.
DEADLINE:
To avoid interruption of service, please ensure we receive your enrollment documentation before the date that's provided via your email. If we do not receive your submission by that date, your student account will be canceled immediately.
