CLO Academy is provided free of charge to all individual trial and subscription users. Simply set up an account and download your trial to begin exploring the coursework.

Log in at clo3d.com and navigate to the "Learn" menu in the top header to launch CLO Academy.

You can browse the course catalog anytime, and full access unlocks as soon as your license goes active.

Enterprise accounts follow a separate onboarding process—please reach out to your designated business representative for assistance.

Be sure to take your time, take notes, and pay close attention to the lessons.
To build a strong foundation, we advise new learners to begin with the Intro to CLO series before moving on to specialized courses and master classes. This approach ensures you are fully prepared for success.

There are a lot of courses/resources online, but it’s hard to figure out what’s best for me.

• CLO Academy is a centralized, comprehensive learning experience that guides users through their CLO journey.
• It’s taught in the way that we, at CLO, believe it should be learned - from years of experience training enterprise users, academics, and individuals. This is how you should learn CLO if you are interested in using it professionally.
• We want to ensure that those using CLO are using it correctly; we’ve found that even users who consider themselves intermediate/experienced may not know how to do everything in the best way.

How long will I have access to CLO Academy?

• Your access to CLO Academy remains active for as long as your CLO subscription license is valid. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue accessing CLO Academy until your current license officially expires. 

Is my learning progress automatically saved? What happens if I cancel and resubscribe later?

• Automatic saving ensures your learning progress is tracked seamlessly. You can check your completed courses and overall completion rate under My Learning on CLO Academy, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.
• Because your progress is linked directly to your account, signing in on any new or additional device lets you resume your coursework without losing your place.
• When your license expires following a cancellation, your access to CLO Academy will be paused; however, your learning history remains saved. Re-subscribing with the same account allows you to seamlessly pick up right where you left off.

Can I contact the course instructor if I have questions?

• Yes, simply submit an inquiry through our Contact Us portal or email cloacademy@clo3d.com
• In addition, our vibrant community platform allows users to post questions, share updates, and help each other. Our design team also regularly monitors the platform to respond to inquiries.

I’m already an experienced user; how can I validate my credentials?

• CLO Verified was developed in response to frequent requests from our individual users. By successfully passing the CLO Individual User Verification, users receive a certification that can be added to their resume, LinkedIn, or portfolio, signaling to potential clients and employers that they possess a solid understanding of the software and are proficient in its use. Unlike courses on other platforms, these credentials are verified by CLO designers and include official CLO branding.

Where can I find the CLO Verified exam and practice test?

• You can access the practice test free of charge, while the CLO Verified exam is currently available for purchase here.
