CLO OFFICIAL VERIFICATION
CLO Verified is not a training, but an assessment of your skills in CLO
Available for any CLO user with an Active Individual or Student License. No Enterprise Licenses can be used
The test is broken into 3 different parts
- Build a garment from a DXF pattern.
- Correct a built garment that needs to be fixed/edited [similar to what you would be tasked with working in the industry].
- Combine the 2 garments to create a full look which you will render in CLO.
A Visual Quality Standards document will be sent the week before the test that will provide you with guidelines for the project submission. You will receive all tech packs, patterns, and necessary materials the day of the test for all 3 parts.
Once completed, you will be notified 2-3 weeks after the test by email. You will receive both the outcome (Pass/Fail) and feedback about the files you have submitted.
CERTIFICATE & BADGE
All participants who pass the test will receive the CLO Verified Certificate, the only CLO recognized certificate, as well as the CLO Verified Badge which can be added to LinkedIn or other social media to show others their proven level of CLO expertise.
PRACTICE ASSESSMENT
We recommend all users take the self-graded Practice Test before signing up and paying for the Official Verification. This test is very similar but slightly shorter than the Official Verification and includes a Visual Quality Standards Guide to help you.
Passing the CLO Verified Practice Test does not guarantee that you will pass the Official Verification, but it does mean that you should possess the skills needed to do so. Also, passing the practice test does not make you CLO Verified. To become CLO Verified you must take and Pass the Official Verification which the CLO Academic Team reviews and grades.
**CURRENTLY THE CLO VERIFIED PRACTICE & OFFICIAL VERIFICATION ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH**
