How can I change the payment method?

How can I remove my payment method? 

Answer

You can change or add a payment method even if you don't have an active subscription.

1. Go to your Billing page
2. Click the "Update" button next to Payment method.
3. Change your card information on the payment method page that opens and save it.

Regarding the deletion of payment information, your payment details will be automatically removed as long as your subscription is canceled. As long as your subscription is deactivated, your payment information is not stored. 

• The changed payment information will be reflected on your next subscription. 
• Even if your license is not currently active, you can update or add your payment method on the Billing page. To use your license again, please re-subscribe on the Pricing page.
• Alipay users cannot change the payment method and need to cancel and resubscribe with a new payment method.
