How can I change the payment method?

How can I remove my payment method? 

Answer

To change the payment method, your subscription should be active. 

1. Go to your Billing page
2. Click the "Update billing information" button and the "Update" button.
3. Change your card information and click the "Save" button. 

Regarding the deletion of payment information, your payment details will be automatically removed as long as your subscription is canceled. As long as your subscription is deactivated, your payment information is not stored. 

*The changed payment information will be reflected on your next subscription. 

*In case your license is not currently active, you can only update your payment method when you purchase a new license.

*Alipay users cannot change the payment method and need to cancel and resubscribe with a new payment method.
