How to Fix the Error using Intel Graphics Card

None of both cases are working for me.

Case1: Group policies are not supported in the Home version. I don't have gpedit.msc on my pc.

Case2: Downloaded and installed the driver and still I have this pop up warning me that the issue still exists.

    Dear @tituslegrand,

Case1: Group policies are not supported in the Home version. I don't have gpedit.msc on my pc.
    > If you have a version of windows home that does not support gpedit.msc, unfortunately, there is no workaround.

Case2: Downloaded and installed the driver and still I have this pop up warning me that the issue still exists.
    > Case 2 is the recommended option if the problem persist after trying case 1 normally. The problem will persist if Windows Automatic Update cannot be prevented.

We are deeply sorry for the situation but it is not an issue with the software itself, but a bug due to Intel driver(MS) so that we recommend you reach out to the manufacturer of Intel graphic card for this issue.

    Best,
    Lea

I'm on a Surface Pro 6 (also attempted on a Surface Pro 5 in Sept/Oct of 2018), unfortunately this Intel problem is a no-win situation. Rolling back using either Case not only causes Clo to spit out an "OpenGL Not Supported" error, but also locks in the entire tablet to an unoptimized high resolution format making it almost impossible to read the <4pt fonts or click on buttons, etc.

It's noted of course that this is an Intel issue, not Clo's. Hoprfully reaching out to the former will eventually resolve the issue in an update.

    Hi Folks,
I am happy to inform, that the manual helped me to solve the issue!

I use Wacom MobileStudio Pro 13, equipped with Intel Iris Graphics 550 and 6th generation Intel 7i Core processor.
When I tried to use any 3d function of CLO (moving the avatar or simulation of gravity) the CLO immediately crashed.

    IMPORTANT!
Guys, please be aware that only driver which helped me was the Version: 15.60.2.4901, mentioned in the manual.
The newest drivers, specifically issued for my graphics card did not helped me at all.

I switched off the function of driver updating by Windows, explained in Case 1. So, it will work until I decide to update it.
I hope it will work fine further, or Intel will issue another one, which will work for me as well.

    All the best!
    Alex
